Developed for high drinkability and elevated hop character, Ultra Dingemans Pils is made from the same summer 2-row barley as Dingemans Pilsen but malted to a lower color spec. Ultra Dingemans Pils is an ideal base for beer styles requiring a clean, refined, and subtle malt character  – exceptional  for hop-forward styles such as clear IPAs, west coast pils, or dry-hopped lagers.  Light in color and low in protein, this malt is easy to work with and delivers good yields.
